1. Purpose of the Site

BoxxScore is an anonymous review platform intended to allow users to share personal dating experiences in a humorous, opinion-based format. It is provided "as-is" and "as-available," with no guarantees of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. You access this site at your own risk.

All content reflects the subjective opinion of users and is not intended to be interpreted as fact. Readers should treat all submissions as anecdotal and unverified commentary.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. No person under 18 may post, view, comment, or be referenced in any submission. You agree not to submit any content involving or referencing minors (under the age of 18), regardless of the context. Violations may result in an immediate ban and reported removal.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Contains nudity or sexual content, including pornographic material, or revenge porn.
• Defames, slanders, or spreads falsehoods about another person, whether factual or opinion-based.
• Includes private or identifying information not permitted by the platform (i.e., anything beyond name, city, and Instagram handle).
• Constitutes harassment, threats, stalking, or hate speech, or violates any local, state, or federal law.
• Makes criminal accusations, including but not limited to allegations of rape, assault, theft, or any other illegal behavior.
• References STDs or sexual health conditions, including claims that someone has an infection, disease, or similar condition.
• Includes intimate, suggestive, or manipulated images including AI/deepfakes, even if not explicitly nude or pornographic.
• References or impersonates individuals under 18, regardless of how mature they appear or act.

All users are solely responsible for their posts. Our moderation team, along with our detection tools do their absolute best at screening content before it is submitted, but reserve the right to remove any post at our sole discretion without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

Users may only include publicly available information that the individual has self-published on public platforms (e.g., Instagram handle). Full legal names, phone numbers, addresses, or private accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant BoxxScore a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content.

By posting, you warrant that you have full rights to submit the content and that:

• All persons referenced are 18 years or older.
• You are not impersonating anyone or fabricating information.
• Your post does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You are solely and fully liable for the consequences of any content you submit. BoxxScore and its affiliates assume no liability for user-submitted content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoxxScore, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising out of or related to content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All reviews and posts are user-generated and unverified. BoxxScore does not endorse, fact-check, or moderate opinions unless they violate these Terms. Users understand and agree that posts may be inaccurate, exaggerated, subjective, or offensive.

Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, BoxxScore is not liable for content provided by third parties, including users. We do not create, edit, or validate user submissions beyond basic policy screening.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxxScore, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• The use or misuse of the site
• The actions or statements of any user
• Content posted by third parties
• Technical issues, data loss, or outages

7. Moderation & Takedown

BoxxScore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content or account for any reason. We respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with our policies and applicable law. All takedowns are logged, and repeat offenders may be IP banned. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scraping techniques to access or manipulate the platform.

If you believe content on BoxxScore violates your rights or is otherwise unlawful, please submit a written takedown request to info@boxxscore.com with sufficient detail. If your claim involves copyrighted content, your request must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. You agree that any legal action or dispute will be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas, and waive any right to claim improper venue.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to your use of BoxxScore shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action, jury trial, or consolidated proceeding.
